Hello, my name is Allison, but I’ve always gone by Ali. I am located in the greater Sacramento region where I am certified in reiki energy healing, sound therapy, and psychic reading. Not only am I a born intuitive, empath, and energy worker, I am also a hairdresser (13 years) specializing in color. As a ‘hairapist’ I believe this is where my intuitive and empathic gifts were solidified. Providing a safe space for clients to open up about their lives, while at the same time bringing their internal beauty out into their outside appearance, has been so fulfilling over the years. Holding space for another person is second nature to me, and I’m honored to be of service this way.

A little more about me and my background; I come from a long line of Celtic witches, I identify mostly as a kitchen witch or a green witch. I have a taste for culinary arts and a green thumb which go hand in hand, as I incorporate and use hand-grown plants in recipes and healing potions. I have 3 beloved rescue animals (two dogs and one cat) who love to spend days off with me in my garden - my place of serenity, where I connect daily with the earth and all of its offerings.

As a child, I remember seeing aura colors, spirits, and having premonitions- or dreams of things that would come true. These gifts were suppressed through years of conditioning and programming due to organized religion. Because of this, I have struggled with anxiety and panic disorder. I had my first panic attack when I was 6 years old. As an empath kid, it was hard to navigate the world. Eventually, I began seeing a therapist at 16 years old, and this is where my healing journey began.

My anxiety became so unmanageable and debilitating, I had to make a change. I was tired of letting it control me. I found a woman who offered an unfamiliar practice called reiki, and I was willing to try anything to feel better. My first session unlocked something internally. I felt lighter, and for the first time in my life was overcome with peace. This is when I decided I wanted to help others heal in this same way. I began seeing Sierra Acevedo for Hypnotherapy to manage my panic disorder, which was also incredibly transformative for me. My mother, Kassy Clifford is a holistic health coach and an amazing chef. Thanks to her and my father, I was raised in a health conscience household. Getting my diet and nutrition regulated also played a huge role in my mental health. My cousin Emily Flynn is an herbalist, and so I began incorporating her herbal tonics into my everyday routine. I have a vast knowledge of plant medicine and love using this healing modality. In 2018 I began my certification program for reiki 1 with Jenna Dennis, where my intuitive gifts, seeing auras, spirits and angels began to unfold again. Immediately after reiki 1 certification, I proceeded to be certified in reiki 2. My celestial contact grew with each session I held for myself or another.

I attended Magdalen University for psychic and energy work by Aureya Magdalen. My gifts in Clairvoyance(psychic seeing, mediumship), Claircognition (psychic knowing), and Clairsentience (psychic, gut feeling) grew exponentially through her program. These gifts have been strengthened and continue to grow each day. It’s wonderful to be on a healing journey of my own and be able to help guide others by spirit.

Currently, I am working on my Master level Reiki 3 certification. From there I will dedicate myself to further helping others with the wonderful art of Hypnotherapy as it has helped me immensely. I can proudly say I no longer identify with the anxiety that ruled my life for far too long and now have every intention of ridding anxiety from others’ lives as well.

In my reiki practice and sessions, I use a variety of techniques including many different healing crystals and Quartz singing bowls for my clients. I find these techniques to make quite an impact on the mind-body and soul. My intention is to facilitate the first step in your healing journey and to create a path of enlightenment so you too can live freely.
